Bad Conditions and Weather
Only worked W1F in the Hello event; the weather didn't help as we don't operate in poor conditions for the obvious reason. It all gets shut off and unplugged !

W1JUD on the air during December 29-30, 2006
W1JUD will be on the air during the period of 2000 GMT on Dec 29 to 2000 GMT on Dec 30 for the 100th Anniversary of Reginald Fessenden's first voice transmission.
We will be on 160m through 10m on SSB and 6m through 70cm on FM.
QSL with SASE via QRZ or LOTW.

Fessenden first transmitted a broadcast on Christmas Eve, 1906, to astonished telegraph operators.
